Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 2 AM
- strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries in the early morning hours
- stock the bagel wall and pastry cases to ensure availability for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer experience
- monitor product quality and freshness throughout the shift
- adhere to food safety and health regulations
