Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before cooking
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely for measuring and baking
- Follow food safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Monitor and report correct temperatures of kitchen equipment and food to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas
- maintain and divide workstations while adhering to hygiene procedures
- Monitor food quality and portions throughout the shift
- Comply with company policies including safety
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
