Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • Maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
