Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
