Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts to high-quality standards
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail and creativity
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- Ensure baked goods meet freshness and safety guidelines
- Assist teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
