Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred and required at specific locations
- Ability to lift and perform physical duties including sitting standing bending and moving intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and other bakery items according to company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist team members with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a clean and safe bakery and work environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to deliver excellent guest service
