Job Requirements
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- attention to detail especially when dressing cookies
- basic math and computer skills
- willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan, fulfill orders, and create baked goods
- flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and during busy seasons like holidays, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day
- ability to work in a hot, busy environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a loud welcome to Crumbl and provide exceptional customer service
- watch weekly dressing videos for each cookie or dessert
- decorate and present finished products to customers
- perform quality checks on ingredients and finished goods
- assist customers with ordering, taking down relevant information and ensuring order accuracy
- complete tasks efficiently and with a focus on quality even when sales are slow
- maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies during and after shifts
