Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- willingness to work early morning shifts
- prior experience in bakery or food service preferred
- age at least 21 years

Job Duties
- prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and standards
- ensure consistency and quality in every cake produced
- operate and maintain commercial baking equipment including ovens
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and genuine customer interactions
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
