Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background check as per applicable laws
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service experience desirable
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high food and service quality
- Manage early morning bakery operations efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
