Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license required at some locations
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to maintain focus and energy during physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries each morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures for food quality and safety
- Adapt to varied work hours including early mornings and weekends
