- Knowledge of bakery equipment operation

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes creatively and professionally
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers to enhance their bakery experience
- Assist in training and supporting fellow bakery staff
