Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work independently
- Food safety and handling knowledge is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Safely prepare, bake, and package products following company guidelines (Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's)
- Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, prompt service
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to increase sales
- Record food and refrigeration temperatures twice daily
- Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to meet daily demand
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash at the end of the shift
