Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Must have multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pound
- Ability to bend, stretch, kneel and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to work around hot equipment and handle hot pans safely
- Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
- Must report to work timely
- Must meet uniform and grooming standards
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow recipe standards and produce consistent bakery products
- Knowledge of OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- Ability to perform multitasking during baking process
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitary working environment
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical condition able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- Consistently produce a high quality bakery product
- Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Keep workstation clean at all times
- Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE
- Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
