Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Must have multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pound
  • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
  • Ability to work around hot equipment and handle hot pans safely
  • Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards
  • Must report to work timely
  • Must meet uniform and grooming standards
  • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to follow recipe standards and produce consistent bakery products
  • Knowledge of OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
  • Ability to perform multitasking during baking process
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitary working environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good physical condition able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
  • Consistently produce a high quality bakery product
  • Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
  • Keep workstation clean at all times
  • Properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
  • Assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
  • Strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements including OSHA and SERVSAFE
  • Complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
