- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and workspace

- manage inventory and minimize waste

- operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- collaborate with bakery team to meet production goals
