Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience beneficial
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- valid state-issued driver's license preferred at certain locations
Job Duties
- Prepare bagels and bakery items early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality food and service
- manage inventory and baking supplies as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
