Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to company standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and specialty desserts with precision and creativity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to offer exceptional service and share product knowledge
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in stocking and replenishing baked goods throughout the day
