Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or bread making experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner
- strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Duties
- prepare and bake focaccia dough daily to ensure freshness and quality
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect texture and flavor
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- innovate new bread recipes and contribute to menu development
- collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules with overall food preparation
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- assist in training new bakery team members
