Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bakery or food service experience
- food handler certification
- TABC certification
- ability to work Monday to Saturday, 8am - 6pm
- ability to work weekends and evenings
- strong organizational skills
- knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- team player with good communication skills
- commitment to quality and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Complete all shift duties and closing duties
- handle, store and rotate items properly
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods or as needed
- maintain a clean station and work area throughout day
- follow recipes exact instructions and ensure quality, portion size, cooking time and consistency of every item
- be a team player and support and assist fellow team members
- maintain uniforms and aprons clean
- cook and bake only sufficient food in advance to cover expected business volume and maintain quality
