Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Able to pass background check according to local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license when required by location
- Able to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Meet driving qualifications as per company policy when applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace
Job Duties
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- Maintain high quality of food and beverages served
- Keep the store environment safe and clean
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
