Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to operate baking equipment safely
- basic math skills
- availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintain product quality, freshness, and safety standards
- interact with customers and provide excellent service
- organize and stock display cases and shelves
- ensure cleanliness of work and retail areas
- assist in inventory control and product rotation
