Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must pass background check as applicable
- possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but required only at specific locations
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience is advantageous but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong attention to detail and quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- ensure quality control of food and beverages served
- collaborate with team members to meet shift goals
- follow early morning baking schedules and procedures
