Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
- physical ability to sit stand bend lift and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning hours
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to quality and customer service
- basic understanding of food safety practices
Job Duties
- ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- support store operations through multitasking and adapting to fast-paced work demands
- assist with inventory and product preparation
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
