Job Duties
- Responsible for daily desserts and other baking
- work closely with the sous chef in setting up and preparing the next baking and desserts
- follow proper food handling techniques and coordinate the use of time, material and equipment to avoid waste
- adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
