Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to lift 50 pounds
- flexible availability to work 30-40 hours per week including mornings and some holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- willingness to comply with company dress code and hygiene standards
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous bakery experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and production methods
- basic knowledge of bakery equipment operation
- strong attention to detail and quality control
- good physical stamina
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieve productivity goals
- utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools for baking
- prepare raw ingredients and equipment accurately
- monitor baking process and product quality
- adhere to packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards
- assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory management
- clean, sanitize, and restock workstation
- comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
