Job Duties
- Analyze baking needs and bake products consistently throughout shifts
- measure, mix, bake, and package goods
- assist with donut frying and cake decorating
- monitor inventory and assist with ingredient ordering
- assist customers in selecting baked goods and answer product-related questions
- offer recommendations and inform customers about specials or new products
- keep the bakery area clean and sanitary, adhering to food safety standards
- clean ovens, equipment, and dispose of waste
- monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and storing bakery shipments
- report shortages or equipment issues
- follow food safety regulations for proper handling, storage, and sanitation
