Job Duties
- Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
- adheres to product shelf life standards
- delivers consistent and outstanding customer service
- maintains appealing product showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
- enhances customer service experience using Smile Eye Contact Thank You principles
- supports speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders
- promptly executes service recovery for customer concerns
- follows all operations standards for product preparation and equipment use
- monitors fridge and freezer inventory and submits order quantities
- prepares products minimizing food waste and records production and waste
- responds to product needs from restaurant front
- assists in serving guests when necessary
- regularly takes and records temperatures of products and storage units
- cleans and maintains production area
- follows all restaurant policies procedures and standards
- supports clean environment through regular cleanup and stocking
- follows hand washing and sanitation guidelines
- works in compliance with health and safety legislation
- follows safe work practices and procedures
- uses personal protective equipment
- reports injuries illnesses accidents unsafe conditions and security incidents
- avoids operating equipment in a manner that endangers anyone
