Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

- willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- previous experience in baking or food service preferred but not required
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare bakery items and start baking bagels
- ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- help manage inventory and baking supplies as needed
- follow all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation and safety
