Job Requirements

  • Previous culinary arts education
  • 1-2 years of bakery production or deli experience
  • Experience in a high-volume bakery environment
  • Energetic, willing to learn and work as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of cake decorating
  • Ability to carry, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds
  • Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively throughout shift
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, and bending
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties using cleaning chemicals
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work at flexible locations based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Follow and measure recipes
  • Mix, scale, and bake a wide variety of products
  • Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment
  • Work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Consistently practices safe work habits
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
