Job Requirements
- Previous culinary arts education
- 1-2 years of bakery production or deli experience
- Experience in a high-volume bakery environment
- Energetic, willing to learn and work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cake decorating
- Ability to carry, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds
- Strong communication, customer service, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
- Ability to stand and walk extensively throughout shift
- Ability to perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, and bending
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat
- Ability to perform cleaning duties using cleaning chemicals
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work at flexible locations based on business needs

Job Duties
- Follow and measure recipes
- Mix, scale, and bake a wide variety of products
- Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Consistently practices safe work habits
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
