Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a bakery assistant or similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to operate commercial baking equipment safely
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Monitor inventory and restock baked goods as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene guidelines
