Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience in a high-volume setting
  • proven ability to work with various dough types
  • skilled in dough troubleshooting
  • experience developing and documenting recipes
  • familiarity with commercial baking equipment
  • advanced expertise in artisan bread and laminated dough techniques
  • strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • ability to work early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • work with a variety of doughs across multiple product lines
  • troubleshoot dough issues effectively
  • develop and document recipes
  • operate commercial baking equipment including Bongard oven, ram sheeter, dough divider, scales, and Pro Bake spiral mixer
  • produce artisan breads and laminated doughs such as croissants, danishes, turnovers, and pithivier
  • manage time and organize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain a commitment to quality and consistency in baking
