Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and freshness standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes with creativity and precision
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, helpful service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
