Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds
- Availability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- Monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- Adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- Monitor stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production levels
- Maintain food safety logs and meet quality standards by designated times
- Collaborate with Bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- Regular and timely attendance in compliance with work schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
