Job Requirements

- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- Willingness to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to baking

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduces food waste through mindful baking and preparation practices
- Collaborates with team members to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Adapts to varying shifts and schedules as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned depending on business requirements
