Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a valid state driver's license if required by location and meet company driving qualifications
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
- customer service experience beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Baking fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stocking the bagel wall and pastry case during shifts
- assisting with order taking and sandwich making
- maintaining quality of food and beverages served
- ensuring a clean and safe store environment
- working collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- following health and safety guidelines
