Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- pass background check as applicable per local, state, and federal laws
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
- meet company driving qualifications if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- reliable and punctual with a commitment to early morning shifts
- familiarity with food safety standards
- basic math skills for inventory and measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case adequately each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- manage early morning bakery operations starting as early as 3 AM
