Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
  • pass background check as applicable per local, state, and federal laws
  • possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
  • meet company driving qualifications if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • reliable and punctual with a commitment to early morning shifts
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • basic math skills for inventory and measuring ingredients

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake bagels and pastries according to company standards
  • stock the bagel wall and pastry case adequately each shift
  • assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • manage early morning bakery operations starting as early as 3 AM
