Job Requirements

- Experience in baking or a related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and other goods using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and prepare fancy desserts
- Maintain the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards for all products
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in training and mentoring new baking staff
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supply of baking ingredients
