Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license when required
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- Physical capability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts including as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Basic math and inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries every shift
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet quality and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or quality issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to comply with health and safety regulations
