- produce all bakery goods efficiently within company policy
- follow the production list and prepare key bakery items for evening shift and next day
- ensure shift contributes to financial best interests of the store
- deliver great customer service to support store's financial success
- maintain hygiene and safety standards in bakery operations
- manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
- collaborate with team and management to optimize bakery department
