Job Requirements
- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting moderately heavy items
- Availability for flexible scheduling including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous baking experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods creatively
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking areas and display cases
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Stock shelves and displays with freshly baked items
