Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice training with Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Background check clearance
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand up to 6 hours
  • Ability to handle objects, tools, or controls
  • Clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily

  • Assist and support the manager and team as needed
  • Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
