Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong attention to detail in food preparation
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare fresh bagels and bakery items early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with the team to uphold food quality standards
- follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety and hygiene
- adapt to varied work schedules including early mornings and weekends
