Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training such as Food Handler's Card
- Flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Background check clearance
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand up to 6 hours
- Ability to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Clear communication in a loud environment

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support manager and team as needed
- Help build culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
