Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to maintain consistent product quality
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Manage inventory and baking supplies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations during all baking processes
