Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures and around loud machinery
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Analyze baking needs and bake products consistently throughout shifts
- Measure, mix, bake, and package goods
- Assist with donut frying and cake decorating
- Monitor inventory and assist with ingredient ordering
- Assist customers in selecting baked goods and answer product-related questions
- Offer recommendations and inform customers about specials or new products
- Keep the bakery area clean and sanitary, adhering to food safety standards
- Clean ovens, equipment, and dispose of waste
- Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and storing bakery shipments
- Report shortages or equipment issues
- Follow food safety regulations for proper handling, storage, and sanitation
