Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail
- Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety for all baked goods
- Engage with customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
