Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior baking or culinary experience is a plus but not required
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a food service environment
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, and biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through efficient baking practices
- Support a healthy and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals
- Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements
