Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • completion of basic food safety understanding and practice training
  • flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • willingness to undergo background check
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to 6 hours
  • ability to use hands to handle and control objects
  • effective communication skills in a loud environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily
  • maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • assist and support the manager and team as needed
  • help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
