- completion of basic food safety understanding and practice training
- flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to undergo background check
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- ability to use hands to handle and control objects

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily
- maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- assist and support the manager and team as needed
- help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
