Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Passion for baking and food preparation
- Good interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Previous baking or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow baking recipes and techniques

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and shelves
- Interact with customers providing friendly service and product knowledge
- Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and restocking bakery items
