Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with appropriate product quantity and variety
  • enhances customer service experience through friendly attitude, eye contact, and thanking customers
  • helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders in restaurant and drive-thru
  • promptly executes service recovery for customer service concerns or complaints
  • follows all operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products and equipment operation
  • monitors fridge and freezer product inventory and submits order quantities
