Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of baking experience preferred
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of baking procedures
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures the quality and freshness of all bakery products
- Maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- Ensures daily cleaning and sanitation of the bakery
- Delivers excellent customer service to customers
- Follows production sheets for fresh baked product levels
