Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • enhance customer service experience through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and following Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
  • support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders in restaurant and drive thru
  • promptly execute service recovery for customer service concerns by making it right with the guest
  • listen carefully to customer concerns and apologize if necessary
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment usage
  • monitor fridge and freezer product inventory and submit orders
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly take and record temperature logs for products and equipment
  • clean and maintain the production area
  • follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • support a clean environment ready for rush periods through clean-up, organization, and stocking
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation tasks as instructed
  • comply with occupational health and safety legislation
  • know and follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use personal protective equipment as required
  • report all injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents, and contraventions to management
  • avoid operating equipment in a manner that endangers others
